Refund & Cancellation Policy

At Aesthetic Institute India, we are committed to providing high-quality aesthetic courses with limited seat availability. To ensure the best learning experience for all our students, we follow a strict No Refund Policy.

Course Enrollment & Refund Policy

  1. No Refunds – All course fees are non-refundable once the registration is confirmed. As each course has limited seats, we do not offer refunds under any circumstances.
  2. Batch Transfer Option – If a student is unable to attend their enrolled batch, they may request to transfer to a future batch of the same course, subject to availability.
  3. Course Cancellation by Aesthetic Institute India – We reserve the right to cancel or postpone any course due to low enrollment, unforeseen circumstances, or any operational challenges.
    • In case of cancellation, students will be offered a full refund within 7 working days from the date of cancellation.
    • Refunds for online payments will be processed to the original payment account, while cash payments must be collected from our institute.
  4. Disciplinary Actions – Aesthetic Institute India reserves the right to cancel the registration of any student without a refund if their conduct disrupts the learning environment or violates institute policies.
